Amnesty Program February 2026
The San Juan Municipal Court’s Amnesty Program begins on February 20th, and will be active until April 30th.
During the amnesty, the Failure to Appear violation will be waived for each warrant.
Payment methods are as follows:

- Pay in person (cash is not accepted)

Library Closed for Independence Day
City of San Juan Memorial Library is closed for Independence Day
Our library will be closed on July 4th, 2025 in observation of Independence Day.
We will resume Saturday July 5th regular hours.
