The City of San Juan is requesting proposals from qualified FDIC-insured financial institutions to provide primary bank depository services for a five-year contract term (November 1, 2026 – October 31, 2031). Services required include automated treasury management, daily commercial deposit processing, ACH and disbursement solutions, and daily collateralization of all City funds exceeding FDIC coverage.

The scope of work involves furnishing all necessary labor, materials, supplies, and supervision to rehabilitate the existing wastewater treatment plant facilities, which specifically includes equipment and related appurtenances. The project is located in the City of San Juan, Texas, and is funded in part by financial assistance from the Texas Water Development Board (TWDB) through the Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF).
