The Department of Finance serves as the custodian of all City of San Juan funds as well as oversees the Utility Billing Department and the Risk Management office. Our core responsibilities include processing and posting payroll on a biweekly basis, managing accounts payable weekly, and reconciling all bank accounts monthly.
